Check it out as Hip-hop’s most known unknown MF DOOM – sorry Three 6 Mafia – releases a video for “One Beer.” Very few can do it like MF Doom, the Hip-Hop legend with the metal face and this animated visual is a long time coming because we don’t get too many visuals from MF DOOM. This track was originally released in 2004 via DOOM’s MM.. Food and the music video is directed by Anhia Zaira Santana aka Distortedd.
She really hooked this one up and like MF DOOM himself, the visual defies categorization. The animations wind through unexpected twists and turns while accompanying the track’s quick-witted lyrics from DOOM. Distortedd is a Philly-born visual artist, illustrator and animator. Armed with a pen, a paintbrush, a canvas or a sketchpad, she creates her own original characters as well as twists on pop culture fixtures.
