Gary Clark Jr. Wins Three Grammys

Last night at the 62nd annual Grammy Awards Gary Clark Jr. won best rock performance and best rock song for “This Land,” also best contemporary blues album for This Land. Clark has won four out of six nominations for Grammy Awards thus far.

Clark also added some genius lead guitar for the “I Sing The Body Electric” all-star finale set. Earlier this week, Clark & The Roots released “This Land” (Remix) From The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon Featuring Black Thought,” which was recorded live on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon this past December 11th.

Gary Clark Jr. and the Dixie Chicks will perform at ACL Live at Moody Theater in Austin, Texas on February 6th as part of the fundraising event Voices For Justice sponsored by Proclaim Justice.
