The LOUD program, a non-profit that provides high quality instruments and world-class music and film education to low-income students through free after-school classes and video lessons, is taking over the Echo/Echoplex (1822 Sunset Blvd) on Saturday, May 19th from 11am – 6pm for LOUD Fest 2018. The event will feature performances from 38 LOUD student bands and a special unannounced performerance by South LA “wunderkind” Cuco. (Website, Spotify, Apple).
