East Atlanta Santa to Debut Latest Hits in a Performance Dubbed ‘So Icy’
The Atlanta Hawks welcomed the news today that hip hop icon, Gucci Mane – also known as the East Atlanta Santa – will perform at halftime during their game against Memphis on Sunday, March 26. With more Top 10 albums on Billboard’s ‘Top Rap Albums’ chart than any other artist in history, this will be Mane’s first halftime performance since his memorable proposal to Keyshia Ka’oir during a break in the fall of 2016. Tip off is scheduled for 6 p.m. March 26th.
“I’m excited to be performing again for the Hawks halftime show after seven years,” said Gucci Mane. “I can’t wait to perform in front of all the fans and watch the Hawks walk away with a W.”
This season, the Hawks have seen award-winning artists such as Alvin Ailey Arts & Education, Domani and T.I., Goodie Mob, Keri Hilson, Jeezy and Marvin Sapp and NE-YO perform.
Gucci Mane’s brand new offering, ‘SO ICY BOYZ: THE FINALE’, features an array of tunes such as ‘Letter To Takeoff’ and ‘Sh*t Crazy Remix (Feat.
