Kosine has announced his upcoming project Truth Serum shortly after his most recent singles ‘Transparency’ ft. Jeremih & “Settle” feat. Leon Thomas which are available on all platforms now. Kosine is a nine time GRAMMY-nominated producer and rapper who has collaborated with the likes of Justin Bieber (“Eenie Meenie”) Sean Kingston, Big Sean(“Dance (A$$))”, Rihanna and Chris Brown (“Birthday Cake”), Nicki Minaj (Anaconda) and NAS, among many others. From being behind-the-scenes as a producer, to currently co hosting for shows Apple Music’s Beats 1 Radio and BET show Mancave, this will be the year where he comes to the forefront as a recording artist.
KOSINE’s upcoming project ‘Truth Serum’ is a very special project focused upon cultural themes around Relationships, Black Lives Matter, and navigating the rise + fall of a career, and understanding. The project will all be communicated through a short film upon release day and will emphasize visual storytelling of KOSINE’s roots and distinguishing him as an outlier within the Hip-Hop/R&B community.
Releasing on May 7th, the “Truth Serum” EP which will all be communicated through a short film (7 videos) upon release day is a visual narrative talking about the process and the story behind each of the different songs.
